This is "Purple Rain" by Rimmel Salon Pro, It's SUPER shiny! 

I added Essie "Good To Go". Which is  my favorite top coat at the time. :) It dries really fast and is really shiny <3

The bows are from Ebay, they come in a assortment of colors and are so cute!
